1. Provider and scope

BangerX is provided by Gojambel GmbH, Undinestraße 3, 81927 München, Germany (AG München HRB 115693, VAT ID DE185743564). These terms apply to your use of bangerx.so.

2. The service

BangerX is a growth tool for 𝕏 creators. It does five things: (1) BangerX Radar, a Chrome extension that ranks the posts you are viewing and drafts replies in your voice for the posts you choose; (2) a Daily Plan with goals and a streak; (3) Ready Posts and the Banger Score, which write and score drafts; (4) scheduling and Recycle, which help you post at good times and rewrite your own past winners for you to approve; (5) a growth tracker and a weekly digest email.

Every action on X is your own click. “Reply on X” and “Post now” open X’s own compose screen with the text filled in, and you press the button on x.com. Scheduled posts are published through the official X API with your authorization, only for text you wrote or approved and the time you chose. BangerX never auto-replies, auto-likes, auto-follows, auto-DMs or auto-reposts, never scripts clicks or typing on x.com, and does not reply through the API to people who did not mention you.

BangerX is not affiliated with X Corp. You must also comply with 𝕏’s terms and rules. The extension is distributed through the Chrome Web Store; Google’s developer terms and user-data policy apply to us as the publisher.

3. Account and one 𝕏 account per subscription

You sign in with 𝕏. One subscription covers one 𝕏 account. You are responsible for activity on your account.

4. Plan, price and limits

One paid plan, billed monthly by Creem as merchant of record. The price is shown at checkout before you pay; VAT is added where required. There is no free tier. Fair-use allowances apply: up to 30 reply-draft calls and 5 Ready Posts calls per calendar day, 15 Banger-mode runs, 20 scheduled posts (including Recycle) and 10 paste-a-link post reads per billing period, plus an overall cost allowance per user. When an allowance is used up the related feature pauses until it resets. Allowances may change with notice.

5. Subscription, cancellation and refunds

The subscription renews monthly until canceled. You can cancel in one click under Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. You have a 7-day money-back guarantee on each payment, and statutory withdrawal rights are unaffected. See the refund page.

The 30-day reply sprint guarantee (voluntary)

In addition to the 7-day money-back guarantee and your statutory withdrawal right (which are not restricted by this section), we refund your first month’s payment if, during your first 30 days: (a) you start at least 10 replies on at least 25 of those 30 days, and (b) your follower count on day 30 is not higher than on day 1. “Replies started” means reply screens opened from BangerX drafts (counted when you click a draft), not confirmed posts. Both figures come from our own records (the daily plan counters and the daily follower snapshots); you do not have to prove anything. The guarantee applies to the first month only and once per person, and to the account that subscribed. It is a refund of money, not a promise of follower numbers. 6. Your content and AI output

You keep all rights in your content. You grant us a limited licence to process it only to provide the service, including sending it to our AI providers. AI output can be wrong, generic or inappropriate; you are responsible for what you post. We will not touch drafts that are harmful, harassing or deceptive and may refuse them. We do not train or fine-tune models on your 𝕏 content.

7. Acceptable use

No scraping, no automation of 𝕏 (including scripting, bots or macros on x.com, alone or combined with BangerX), no reselling, no use that violates 𝕏’s terms or applicable law, no attempts to bypass usage limits, and no sharing of your extension token.

8. Availability and changes

We aim for good availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled posts depend on 𝕏’s API and may fail; if the outcome is unknown we do not retry, to avoid duplicates, and tell you in the queue. We may change features with reasonable notice.

9. Liability

Unlimited liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and where mandatory by law. For simple negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage and only for breach of essential contractual obligations.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate for good cause, for example abuse or non-payment.

11. Governing law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Consumers habitually resident elsewhere keep the mandatory protections that apply without this choice of law, in particular under Art. 6 Rome I.

Munich is the exclusive venue where the customer is a merchant (Kaufmann), a public-law legal entity or public-law special fund, or a jurisdiction agreement is otherwise permitted by law. Mandatory venues remain unaffected, and consumers keep the statutory rules on jurisdiction.

We do not voluntarily participate in proceedings before a consumer arbitration body; mandatory statutory duties remain unaffected.
