Not happy? Within 7 days of any payment, you get your money back, no questions asked. Open Settings → Request refund / withdraw in the app. Inside the 7-day window the refund is issued automatically through our payment provider Creem; you receive a confirmation email. You can also write to hello@bangerx.so.
Cancel any time
Settings → Cancel subscription opens a confirmation page; one click on “Cancel now” ends renewal. You keep access until the end of the paid period and receive a confirmation email.
Withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the statutory right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise it, send us a clear statement (for example via Settings → Request refund / withdraw, or by email to hello@bangerx.so, or by post to Gojambel GmbH, Undinestraße 3, 81927 München, Germany). You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. Sending the notice before the period ends is enough.
Consequences. We refund all payments received without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving your notice, using the original payment method, without fees. We do not deduct a proportionate amount for using the service during the withdrawal period: a withdrawal within fourteen days refunds every payment in full. The in-app withdrawal function under Settings → Request refund / withdraw is available for as long as the withdrawal right exists.
